Come work at a small, honest company.
We're 22 people. Everyone is paid the same for the same role. Nobody works on commission. If you're a patient, curious technician who's tired of scripts and quotas, keep reading.
Four roles open right now.
Senior Remote Technician
Handle 4–6 remote support sessions a day for consumer PCs. Windows deep experience required, macOS a plus. You will spend most days on video with people who are frustrated and want to be treated like adults.
Malware & Scam Recovery Specialist
Lead sessions with customers who have just been scammed. Requires patience, security knowledge, and the ability to write clear post-mortems. Bilingual (Spanish or Mandarin) a strong plus.
Weekend Support Technician
Two weekend shifts per week (Sat + Sun, 9am–5pm ET). Ideal for someone in a training program or looking for reliable weekend income. Full training provided.
Customer Care Coordinator
Answer phones, book sessions, follow up with customers after visits. First line of contact for people who often just need calm reassurance. Two years of customer-service experience.
The parts that would be red flags if we didn't say them out loud.
Real 4-day week
32-hour weeks, Monday to Thursday, at full-time pay. Not "flex days you'll never take." Actual Fridays off. It's why we work here.
Salary transparency
Everyone in the same role earns the same. Raises happen twice a year on a public schedule. No secret compensation, no "manager discretion" bonuses.
No customer quotas
Technicians don't have session-count targets, "resolution" quotas, or upsell metrics. The one metric we care about: how many customers refer a friend within 90 days.
Full benefits
Health, dental, vision — 100% for you, 80% for family. 4% 401(k) match. Life insurance. Real PTO on top of the shorter week.
Learning budget
$1,500/year for courses, books, certifications — no approval needed under that. Half our team has picked up cert renewals or a language course this year.
Quiet-hours culture
No Slack after 6pm ET. No expectation to respond on weekends unless you're on the paid on-call rotation. We mean it — managers actively enforce it.
"I came from a call center where I closed 40 tickets a day and hated my job. Here I close 5 and know every single customer's name. My blood pressure dropped 18 points."
